…Addressing needs surrounding children affected by HIV/AIDS
Project Match assists Rotarians and Rotary Clubs by gathering information, highlighting individual programs or projects; then combining local efforts with international resources to undertake successful, sustainable global alliances benefiting orphaned and vulnerable children.
Project Match helps every Rotarian become part of the solution for this world-wide crisis.

Here are a few questions to answer and steps to take that will allow you to participate in and benefit from Project Match.
What do you want to do?
Look for Project Partners for your current activities – Submit a description of your Club’s project to members of the RFFA Board and request that they consider it for designation as a RFFA Endorsed Project. Be sure to discuss the needs your project addresses and the type of assistance you require (volunteers, funding, etc.). Please submit all information to jacksflat@gmail.com. To become a RFFA Endorsed Project, the submitted program must address specific issues related to children and vulnerable youth touched by HIV/AIDS; be sponsored by Rotarians and Rotary Clubs; be sustainable and qualify for funding through the channels and processes of the Rotary Foundation.
Find and Support a Project – Revisit the RFFA website often to see the most recent posts on the Project Match Forum. You may also get other listings and ideas from the Rotary International ProjectLINK web page.

Who Can Participate?
Any Rotarian, Rotary Club or Rotary District wishing to be involved with HIV/AIDS related projects.
What’s the cost?
Projects are available in a variety of sizes. As a project partner, no individual club is expected to fund the cost of an entire project unless they wish to do so. Anything your Club can contribute will be welcome.
Where are the projects located?
Most HIV/AIDS projects are being planned in Sub-Saharan Africa (Zambia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, etc.) due to the great needs they have.
What kinds of projects are available?
Project types include HIV/AIDS awareness and testing; equipping and furnishing schools and orphanages; adopting clinics and schools as well as their students; establishing youth and job training centers and many similar health and education facilities and activities.
How am I sure the projects are legitimate?
Any project posted on RFFA’s “Project Match” list has been reviewed by at least three members of our Board of Directors and endorsed by our organization.
How else can I help?
Spread the word! Increase awareness in your own Club about the fight against HIV/AIDS. Encourage your Club to become a partner in a listed project. Tell other clubs in your District about RFFA and “Project Match.”
Through RFFA’s Project Match Program, Rotarians and partners bring hope to millions of children.
